Terri Roberts, J.D., R.N.

Center Director

Terri Roberts J.D., R.N. has been the Endoscopy Center of Topeka Center Director since August 2009. Prior to that Terri was a healthcare consultant and from November 1985 to October 2008 she was the Executive Director of the Kansas State Nurses Association, the professional organization for registered nurses for 23 years. In that position she represented KSNA and professional nurses before the Legislature, state agencies and in interactions with other healthcare organizations and at national professional nursing meetings. Additionally, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Kansas Nurse, a refereed journal, and Editor of a legislative Newsletter that was published weekly during the Kansas legislative session.

Terri is a 1978 graduate of Washburn University School of Nursing and a 1982 graduate of Washburn University School of Law. Terri is currently serving as the Legislative Chairperson for KSNA District 1, Treasurer of the Tobacco Free Kansas Coalition and on the Tobacco Free Nurses National Steering Committee. In 2005 she was appointed by the Secretary of the Kansas Department of Labor to the Kansas Workers Compensation Advisory Committee and in 2008 she was appointed by Attorney General Six to the Board of Trustees of the Tower Foundation.

Susan Smith, R.N.

Charge Nurse

Susan earned her Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree in 1997 from Washburn University in Topeka, Kan. She began working for Endoscopy Center of Topeka in 2001 as a staff nurse and currently serves as Charge Nurse of the center.
